You have 7 days to return unused items for a full refund. We even pay for return shipping if we made a mistake (sent the wrong item). Get your refund in about 4 weeks (might be faster!).

Here's why:

It takes 5-10 days for your package to reach us. We process returns in 3-5 days. Your bank takes 5-10 days to process the refund.

To return an item:

Log in to your account. Go to "Completed Orders". Click "Return Item(s)" on the order you want to return. We'll email you once your return is processed and your refund is issued.
